Our mission is rooted in the Core 4—four essential habits for safer digital living:

using multi-factor authentication, creating strong passwords with a password manager, keeping software up to date, and spotting phishing scams.

Through interactive workshops, one-on-one mentoring, and easy-to-understand resources, we help seniors build lifelong digital safety habits. Because everyone deserves to navigate the internet with confidence and peace of mind.

Bridging the digital safety gap

  • Levia Nahary
    Founder & Project Lead, Core 4 for Life

    Levia Nahary is an educator, cybersecurity professional, and community advocate with over three decades of experience supporting individuals through learning, transition, and personal growth. She has worked as a college counselor, cybersecurity instructor, and information security analyst—combining strong technical knowledge with a deep understanding of how to communicate clearly with non-technical audiences.

    Levia founded Core 4 for Life to help older adults, and anyone who feels left behind in the rise of internet dependency, navigate the internet with more confidence and less fear. She designs and facilitates every workshop herself, drawing from real-world online safety concerns, digital hygiene practices, and community input. Her teaching is known for being engaging, accessible, and non-intimidating—especially for those who have traditionally felt left behind by technology.

    She has delivered workshops for residential communities, senior organizations, and professional groups, and is based in Tucson, Arizona.
